This is our newly developed mgo board.

When we produce the mgo board, we add some ceramsite. 

Why add the ceramsite?

The addition of ceramsite (a lightweight porous aggregate) to 30/35mm-thick magnesium oxide (MgO) boards is primarily aimed at optimizing the board’s performance

Ceramsite is a lightweight, porous inorganic aggregate with a much lower density than traditional fillers. Adding it significantly reduces the overall weight of the board, simplifying transportation and installation.

Besides, the porous structure of ceramsite effectively blocks heat transfer and absorbs sound vibrations, improving the board’s thermal insulation and acoustic performance.

Application is popular used in the tunnels.

Fire-resistant lining board: Fire barrier zones within tunnels, partition walls in escape routes.

2. Decorative panel: Moisture-resistant decorative layer for tunnel interiors (requires surface treatment, e.g., coating).

3. Equipment protection: Fire- and moisture-resistant enclosures for electromechanical facilities in tunnels.
